I used to see Amy for laser appointments when she worked at another salon. I would only book appointments with her and I know other people did the same thing. Now that she has her own salon I only go to her - and so do most of the clients from that other salon! She's always willing to make time for last minute appointments, which I appreciate because I have a very busy schedule. She's easygoing and extremely friendly, so you feel like you're catching up with an old friend. TOP NOTCH SERVICE & CELEBRITY TREATMENT RESULTS!!! Honey's Laser Lounge in Surrey is definitely as good as it gets! Amy's service, attention to detail and expertise is the best I've ever experienced. I had previously gone to other laser centres for facials and laser hair removal, with good results and overall satisfaction, but never enough to keep me going and excited to spend my time and money at those locations. Everything changed when I bought a Facial Rejuvenation Package at Honey's! All my facial scarring and acne scars are ALL GONE!!! I suffer from acne scarring so when a facial rejuvenation deal came up from Honey's Laser Lounge, I jumped on it. After my first treatment, I didn't notice much of a difference with my scarring but it left my skin feeling very smooth and clean. I've had 5 treatments since then and can't wait for my next session! My scarring has faded quite a bit and I've noticed that I don't break out as much anymore. Not only is Amy patient with all of my concerns, she is very helpful and easy to talk to. Amy is a fabulous laser technician. She makes you feel comfortable and properly explains the laser process. She expertly answered my OCD-esque questions about laser safety and cleaning of the tools. (Be a smart consumer folks! Put your health first!) I like the GentleYAG laser that she uses, and I feel that she uses good strong, safe settings that get results. It wasn't too far a walk from the Surrey central skytrain to get there, and the office space in her home is professional, well designed, and clean. Definitely the nicest laser office I have been to. I was somewhat weary pulling into the driveway of this home-based business but was pleasantly surprised by a comfortable and chic atmosphere. The ground level suite has been converted into a hair removing sanctuary. The leather recliner will have you wanting to laser your entire body. I got a Brazillian laser treatment and since it was my first time showing my va-jay-jay to a stranger, I was a bit nervous. Thankfully, Amy was incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I had a great consultation before stripping down, which was very appreciated. I've had my underarms done at another place before and never even got a fraction of the teaching and after-care info I received here. I really like that it's by appointment only so when you are there, you get one-on-one attention. Not only that, the privacy is unbeatable compared to getting work done at a busy salon.
